Onedrive does not load windows 10
Ask a new question. On my SurfacePro running Windows 10 with all updates and no new software recently installed, OneDrive has suddenly stopped starting up. It still is listed in the Startup programs in Task Manager but the icon has disappeared from the taskbar and the exe is not listed in running programs in Task Manager. Restarting the computer does not fix the problem. As I’ve said, all recent updates have been applied to Windows 10 and I’ve run Troubleshoot against the updater to make sure there were no problems with that.
I’ve just expanded the columns in the Task Manager Startup folder and found the command line for OneDrive:. I checked that folder and found that there was no onedrive. How could that have been removed? I ran that and it went through re-installing OneDrive. The icon reappeared in the task bar and OneDrive started updating files that hadn’t been synched since it last ran. All seems good now but it’d be useful to know how the exe could have been deleted.
Failed update perhaps? Hope this helps others. BTW, if there are potential problems with my manually running the setup like this, please let me know and suggest an alternative fix. What I’m looking for is some idea how the onedrive exe got removed so I can avoid it happening again if possible and whether the approach I took might have any issues.

Sorry for misunderstanding, lately i have see many reports realated and i do believe start i happen since April Windows updates it happen it to me once i first update my main pc but after fulle uninstalled it and re install no more issue.
