I would recommend this to anyone who needs an Office replacement but doesn’t want to pay through the nose. There is no “tech support “, you an email say they will get back to you. Then email saying we need more information. Phone number is for messages only, no call back.

PDF would not open, the other file are in capability mode windows 8. Junk, save your money and continue looking elsewhere.

Not sure all aspects are interfacing with Word. Things are not working the same. It is a little slower reacting. I am still adjusting. See all reviews. Top reviews from other countries. It installed slowly but then wouldn’t open. Returned it and uninstalled it Got a full refund and then bought Windows Office which is great. And before anyone thinks I had installed it wrongly, I had it installed by a professional who also said it was not easy to do. He also then couldn’t open it! Will have some minor limitations of advanced functions compared to Microsoft but to the common user is not noticed. Add to that, a good PDF editor this makes a. Nice mail utility that works great with Google account and no problems sending emails from other utilities. Had no problems installing on my Windows 10 laptop and I deleted the pre-installed Microsoft office junk.

Product works great once you get through the initial setup and until there is a problem as some software upgrades or my case a hard drive failure. The issue is you cant reactivate the original card code, it defaults to that is a used code. The support is hard to find and you have to wait days for a response. In the end they did send me through a multistep process and reactivated by account. I cant tell you how it even happened, my guess is they setup me up as a direct purchase with a direct login??

So with patience it did work out. One person found this helpful. This product is very good. There are some features I miss that the main competitor offers, such as autofill on the spreadsheet side. The biggest frustration, however, is that every day I’m prompted to “upgrade” my version of Office Suites. I put my activation code in, the system accepts it and I move on.

However, I wouldn’t think that would be necessary after activating the first time. Some advance features of MS Office 10 were not supported. If you don’t utilize these features this is a great way to save some money.
