I have this problem for a while now. The keyboard shortcuts in Word on my laptop, running Windows 10 microsoft word 2016 shortcut keys not working free suddenly changed a couple of months ago I can’t remember exactly when or whether I caused it somehow. Shortcuts for Bold, Italic and Underline remain unchanged.

I also tried reinstalling Office, but that didn’t help either. Is there some way to restore all shortcuts to their defaults, other than manually changing only the ones I use the most? Hope someone knows how to fix this, cause its very annoying and, at least for me, renders Word unusable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
